備管理部門要重視小型混凝土攪拌車的檢查、保養和維修工作，每月少組織設備管理人員對所有混凝土攪拌運輸車檢查1~2次，對混凝土攪拌車使用狀況進行評估(評分)，根據混凝土攪拌車使用狀況，結合參考設備累計臺時，安排對混凝土攪拌車進行檢修，檢測、保養、維修、防腐工作。使小型混凝土攪拌車通過管理達到費用低、壽命長、效能高的效果，并滿足混凝土運輸要求。

對小型混凝土攪拌車維護保養，在下面幾個方面要達到以下標準：

1.供水系統：供水系統水泵及部件齊全完整，無泄漏。
