一、 啟動(dòng)前應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)各部位認(rèn)真進(jìn)行檢查，確認(rèn)良好后方可啟動(dòng)。

六、 操作操縱桿時(shí)，應(yīng)在“空檔”位置稍作停留后方可動(dòng)下一個(gè)位置。

七、 搞好文明施工，桶內(nèi)多余材料不準(zhǔn)隨便亂倒。卸料后必須對(duì)攪拌筒、料槽、托輥等部位進(jìn)行清洗。
7、 Do a good job in civilized construction, and do not dump the surplus materials in the barrel. After discharging, the mixing drum, material trough, idler and other parts must be cleaned.
八、 人進(jìn)入筒內(nèi)砼結(jié)塊時(shí)，應(yīng)將車輛熄火，拔下電門鑰匙，筒外設(shè)人監(jiān)護(hù)。

5. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the rotation speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During transportation, the rotation speed of the mixing drum should be 2-3 rpm on the flat road. 6. 混凝土攪拌車運(yùn)送混凝土的時(shí)間不能超過攪拌站規(guī)定的時(shí)間。運(yùn)送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停轉(zhuǎn)，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現(xiàn)象。司機(jī)應(yīng)時(shí)常觀察混凝土情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)通報(bào)調(diào)度室，申請(qǐng)做出處理。
6. The delivery time of concrete by concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the specified time of mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop for a long time to prevent concrete segregation. 10. 混凝土攪拌車出料完畢，應(yīng)立即用隨車的軟管放水將進(jìn)料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結(jié)在車身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，再向攪拌筒內(nèi)注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，以清洗內(nèi)壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉上，并在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。
10. After the concrete mixer is discharged, immediately flush the inlet, outlet hopper and discharge chute with the hose attached to the truck, remove the dirt and residual concrete bonded to the truck body, and then inject 150-200l clean water into the mixing drum.
