1、檢查保險開關：
1. Check the fuse switch:
自上料攪拌車是通過液壓傳動系統來驅動罐體的，液壓油散熱系統中容易出現故障的就是保險開關，因此在故障發生后，一時間檢查保險開關。

2、檢查驅動風扇：

電機是整個散熱系統中為關鍵的部件，散熱效果的好與壞，和電機的轉速及運行的平穩狀態有著直接的關系，它由連接車輛電瓶的電控盒直接供電，用電力驅動電機高速運轉，來帶走熱交換器當中的額熱量，給液壓油降溫。

It is directly powered by the electric control box connected to the vehicle battery. 3、檢查熱交換器：

自上料攪拌車利用液壓油散熱器來進行降溫。熱交換器上裝有電機驅動風扇進行散熱，讓液壓油正常工作，上面的機械式指針通過檢測管路當中的負壓，如果出現讀數證明液壓油濾清器可能出現堵塞，剛開始出現的時候只需要拔掉上面的橡膠指針歸零，如果后面還出現讀書且拔掉橡膠塞之后還不了的話，就需要更換液壓油濾芯了。

溫度傳感器位于熱交換器的進油管上，它的作用就是檢測液壓油的溫度，自上料攪拌車散熱系統發生故障后，如果確認不是保險的問題，那就檢查溫度傳感器。
The temperature sensor is located on the oil inlet pipe of the heat exchanger, and its function is to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil. If it is confirmed that the cooling system of the charging mixer is not a problem of insurance after the failure, check the temperature sensor.
5、檢查散熱器控制盒：
5. Check radiator control box:
散熱控制盒監控和接受溫度傳感其傳遞過來的信號，當溫度數據超過設定值后，自動接通散熱風扇的電路，讓空氣流通降低液壓油的溫度，因此散熱控制盒損壞后，散熱系統就不能正常工作，需要及時更換，一般情況下，散熱器控制盒不容易損壞。
