攪拌車罐體運行時發生抖動

混凝土攪拌車的罐體由于積料,會導致罐體的偏移,那么罐體運行時就會出現抖動。由于積料造成的攪拌車的罐體抖動的故障表現:抖動隨著罐體運轉呈周期性變化;罐體運轉一周抖動不超過兩次。這樣的故障可以通過在罐體上做記號來鑒別。當然,也不排除罐體加工原因導致罐體偏移,但是大部分的主機廠對于罐體加工都有嚴格要求,罐體偏移的可能性非常小。另外,所有的攪拌車在出廠時都會進行調試,罐體偏移的攪拌車根本不會出廠,所以對于用戶來說,因為罐體加工原因導致罐體偏移的可能性極低。

如果混凝土攪拌車在行車過程中,發現車身有輕微的抖動或偏移,一般是輪胎引起的故障。

如果司機在啟動混凝土攪拌車或將攪拌車停駛未關閉發動機的情況下,發現車身抖動明顯,那么可能意味著攪拌車存在下面三種狀況:

1.攪拌車發動機積碳嚴重。當發動機內部的積碳過多時,冷啟動噴油頭噴出的汽油會被積碳大量吸收,導致冷啟動的混合氣過稀,使得啟動困難。這種狀況下,只有等到積碳吸收的汽油飽和,才容易打著車,打著車后吸附在積碳上的汽油又會被攪拌車發動機的真空吸力吸入汽缸內燃燒,又使混合氣變濃,攪拌車發動機的可燃混合氣時稀時濃,造成冷啟動后怠速抖動。氣溫越低,冷啟動所需要的油量越大,積碳的存在就越會影響冷啟動的順利與否。可以通過清洗油路,清洗怠速馬達的積碳來攪拌車發動機積碳嚴重的問題。

The combustible mixture of the mixer engine will be diluted and sometimes rich, resulting in idle jitter after cold start. The lower the temperature is, the more oil is needed for cold start, and the existence of carbon deposition will affect the success of cold start. The serious problem of carbon deposition in the engine of mixer truck can be solved by cleaning the oil circuit and cleaning the carbon deposition of idle motor.
2.攪拌車點火系統出現問題。檢查一下火花塞、高壓導線和點火線圈的工作狀況,如果存在點火系統工作不良,火花塞跳火狀況不好會導致這類故障現象。如果存在這種情況,需要檢查混凝土攪拌車火花塞積碳是否過多,及時更換火花塞。

3.攪拌車油壓不穩。如果已經清理過發動機積碳、洗過節氣門、換過火花塞等,仍然發現怠速時車身抖動,建議您到修配廠檢查燃油供油壓力以及進氣壓力傳感器等是否正常,如果油泵供油壓力不正常或進氣壓力傳感器數值錯誤會引發車身抖動,而且必要時應更換部件。
3. The oil pressure of mixer truck is unstable. If you have cleaned up the engine carbon deposit, washed the throttle valve, replaced the spark plug, and still found the body shaking at idle speed, it is recommended that you go to the repair shop to check whether the fuel supply pressure and intake pressure sensor are normal.
