It is found that the shaking of concrete mixer truck usually has the following three situations. The specific causes of each situation and the corresponding treatment methods are summarized in detail

　　攪拌車罐體運行時發生抖動

　　混凝土攪拌車的罐體由于積料，會導致罐體的偏移，那么罐體運行時就會出現抖動。由于積料造成的攪拌車的罐體抖動的故障表現：抖動隨著罐體運轉呈周期性變化；罐體運轉一周抖動不超過兩次。這樣的故障可以通過在罐體上做記號來鑒別。當然，也不排除罐體加工原因導致罐體偏移，但是大部分的主機廠對于罐體加工都有嚴格要求，罐體偏移的可能性非常小。另外，所有的攪拌車在出廠時都會進行調試，罐體偏移的攪拌車根本不會出廠，所以對于用戶來說，因為罐體加工原因導致罐體偏移的可能性極低。

In addition, all mixers will be debugged when they leave the factory. The mixer with the center of gravity of the tank will not leave the factory at all. Therefore, the possibility of the center of gravity deviation of the tank body caused by the processing of the tank body is extremely low for the user.

　　攪拌車在行駛過程中車身抖動

　　如果混凝土攪拌車在行車過程中，發現車身有輕微的抖動或偏移，一般是輪胎引起的故障。

　　可能是輪胎平衡狀況不佳，需要車主盡快去做一個四輪定位和輪胎動平衡，如果車輛不跑偏做一下輪胎動平衡即可。還有可能是因為鋼圈變形所致，這就需要車主去的維修店檢查。這種狀況一般發生在使用年限較長的攪拌車身上。一般攪拌車更換新輪胎、新鋼圈時都要做一次輪胎平衡，否則配重不平均時就容易發生抖動的現象。

　　攪拌車怠速時車身抖動

　　如果司機在啟動混凝土攪拌車或將攪拌車停駛未關閉發動機的情況下，發現車身抖動明顯，那么可能意味著攪拌車存在下面三種狀況：

　　If the driver starts the concrete mixer or stops the truck without turning off the engine, it may mean that there are three conditions for the mixer truck:

　　1.攪拌車發動機積碳嚴重。當發動機內部的積碳過多時，冷啟動噴油頭噴出的汽油會被積碳大量吸收，導致冷啟動的混合氣過稀，使得啟動困難。這種狀況下，只有等到積碳吸收的汽油飽和，才容易打著車，打著車后吸附在積碳上的汽油又會被攪拌車發動機的真空吸力吸入汽缸內燃燒，又使混合氣變濃，攪拌車發動機的可燃混合氣時稀時濃，造成冷啟動后怠速抖動。氣溫越低，冷啟動所需要的油量越大，積碳的存在就越會影響冷啟動的順利與否。可以通過清洗油路，清洗怠速馬達的積碳來攪拌車發動機積碳嚴重的問題。

　　1. Serious carbon deposition in mixer engine. When there is too much carbon deposition in the engine, the gasoline ejected from the cold start fuel injection head will be absorbed by carbon deposition, resulting in the mixture of cold start is too thin, making it difficult to start. In this case, only when the gasoline absorbed by carbon deposition is saturated, it is easy to start the car. After driving, the gasoline adsorbed on the carbon deposit will be sucked into the cylinder by the vacuum suction of the mixer engine for combustion, and the mixture will become rich. The combustible mixture of the mixer engine will be diluted and sometimes rich, resulting in idle jitter after cold start. The lower the temperature is, the more oil is needed for cold start, and the existence of carbon deposition will affect the success of cold start. The serious problem of carbon deposition in the engine of mixer truck can be solved by cleaning the oil circuit and cleaning the carbon deposition of idle motor.

　　2.攪拌車點火系統出現問題。檢查一下火花塞、高壓導線和點火線圈的工作狀況，如果存在點火系統工作不良，火花塞跳火狀況不好會導致這類故障現象。如果存在這種情況，需要檢查混凝土攪拌車火花塞積碳是否過多，及時更換火花塞。

　　2. The ignition system of the mixer truck has problems. Check the working conditions of the spark plug, high voltage wire and ignition coil. If the ignition system is not working well, the spark plug is not in good condition, which will lead to this kind of fault phenomenon. If there is such a situation, it is necessary to check whether the spark plug of concrete mixer has excessive carbon deposit, and replace the spark plug in time.

　　3.攪拌車油壓不穩。如果已經清理過發動機積碳、洗過節氣門、換過火花塞等，仍然發現怠速時車身抖動，建議您到修配廠檢查燃油供油壓力以及進氣壓力傳感器等是否正常，如果油泵供油壓力不正常或進氣壓力傳感器數值錯誤會引發車身抖動，而且必要時應更換部件。

　　3. The oil pressure of mixer truck is unstable. If you have cleaned up the engine carbon deposit, washed the throttle valve, replaced the spark plug, and still found the body shaking at idle speed, it is recommended that you go to the repair shop to check whether the fuel supply pressure and intake pressure sensor are normal. If the fuel supply pressure of the oil pump is abnormal or the value of the intake pressure sensor is wrong, the body shaking will be caused, and the parts should be replaced if necessary.
