混凝土攪拌車各部件的作用

混凝土攪拌車首要由底盤與上裝了有些組成，簡單地能夠分為：底盤體系、液壓傳動體系、拌和罐體、出料體系、清潔體系、副車架、操縱體系、托輪體系、進料體系、電路體系十個有些組成。
Concrete mixer truck is mainly composed of chassis and upper parts, which can be simply divided into chassis system, hydraulic transmission system, mixing tank, discharging system, cleaning system, sub frame, control system, supporting wheel system, feeding system and circuit system.
1、底盤體系：拌和車的首要組成有些，整個混凝土拌和車的運送功能就是由底盤來實現(xiàn)的。

2、液壓傳動體系：將經(jīng)取力器取出的發(fā)動機動力，轉(zhuǎn)化為液壓能(排量和壓力)，再經(jīng)馬達輸出為機械能(轉(zhuǎn)速和扭矩)，為拌和筒轉(zhuǎn)變提供動力。
2. Hydraulic transmission system: the engine power taken out by the power take-off is converted into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and then output into mechanical energy (speed and torque) by the motor to provide power for the mixing drum transformation.
3、拌和罐體：拌和筒是整個拌和運送車的要害部件，是存儲混凝土的容器，對避免混凝土固化、離析起著決定性的效果。罐體內(nèi)部有葉片，首要起拌和與導料的效果。

7、操縱體系：操作體系由控制器、聯(lián)動軸、軟軸及連桿機構(gòu)組成，首要控制拌和筒的轉(zhuǎn)速及旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。
7. Control system: the control system consists of controller, linkage shaft, flexible shaft and connecting rod mechanism, which mainly controls the rotation speed and direction of mixing drum.
8、托輪體系：拌和罐后部與副車架銜接的部位，首要起支撐滾筒體的效果。

10、電路體系：首要指拌和車的整個的電路，包括整車的尾燈，側(cè)標志燈、示廊燈、冷卻電扇電機等。
10. Circuit system: it mainly refers to the whole circuit of mixing truck, including tail lamp, side marker lamp, corridor lamp, cooling fan motor, etc.
