混凝土攪拌車拌筒出現故障怎么？

凝土攪拌車由汽車底盤、攪拌筒、傳動系統、供水裝置、全功率取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、減速機、液壓傳動系統、進出料系統、操縱機構等部分組成。其工作原理：通過取力裝置將汽車底盤的動力取出，并驅動液壓系統的變量泵，把機械能轉化為液壓能傳給定量馬達，馬達再驅動減速機，由減速機驅動攪拌裝置，對混凝土進行攪拌。混凝土攪拌車拌筒不能轉動的原因及辦法介紹如下：

2）將故障車的高壓膠管從馬達上卸下，把救援用的高壓膠管接上，另一端接在救援車的油泵上，并將應急用的回油管一端接在故障車的馬達泄油口，回油管另一端接在救援車的油泵回油口，利用救援車來控制故障車拌筒的旋轉，將砼排出。

3、馬達發生故障，處理則較簡單，可把救援車的馬達卸下裝在故障車上，再將各個油管接好，啟動救援車即可將拌筒內的砼排出。
