凝土攪拌車由汽車底盤、攪拌筒、傳動系統、供水裝置、全功率取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、減速機、液壓傳動系統、進出料系統、操縱機構等部分組成。其工作原理:通過取力裝置將汽車底盤的動力取出,并驅動液壓系統的變量泵,把機械能轉化為液壓能傳給定量馬達,馬達再驅動減速機,由減速機驅動攪拌裝置,對混凝土進行攪拌。混凝土攪拌車拌筒不能轉動的原因及辦法介紹如下:

1)打開混凝土攪拌車攪拌筒檢修孔蓋,旋松馬達上高壓軟管的管接頭,旋轉拌筒使拌筒檢修孔斜向下,將砼從混凝土攪拌車攪拌筒檢修孔排出。

2)將故障車的高壓膠管從馬達上卸下,把救援用的高壓膠管接上,另一端接在救援車的油泵上,并將應急用的回油管一端接在故障車的馬達泄油口,回油管另一端接在救援車的油泵回油口,利用救援車來控制故障車拌筒的旋轉,將砼排出。

3、馬達發生故障,處理則較簡單,可把救援車的馬達卸下裝在故障車上,再將各個油管接好,啟動救援車即可將拌筒內的砼排出。
