二、原因分析
2、 Cause analysis
導致自上料水泥攪拌車攪拌罐停轉主要有以下原因：
The main reasons for the shutdown of the mixing tank of the self feeding cement mixer are as follows:
1.發動機故障：發動機無法啟動、取力器損壞等原因。
1. Engine failure: the engine cannot be started, the power take-off is damaged, etc.
2.上裝故障：傳動軸損壞、油泵故障、液壓油過臟或油量不足、馬達故障、減速機故障、操縱桿松脫等原因。
2. Mounting failure: transmission shaft damage, oil pump failure, dirty or insufficient hydraulic oil, motor failure, reducer failure, control lever loosening and other reasons.
三、尋找故障點
3、 Find the fault point
當自上料水泥攪拌車運送混凝土過程中，發生罐體無法轉動故障，應停車進行檢查。通過“一聽、一看、一動”迅速尋找故障點，“一聽”是指從傳動軸到減速機各零部件有無發出異響；“一看”是指看液壓油箱油位是否過低或管路漏油嚴重；“一動”是指前后扳動油泵伺服桿，罐體是否正反均無轉動。
When the tank fails to rotate during the transportation of concrete from the loading cement mixer, it shall be stopped for inspection. Quickly find the fault point by "listening, looking and moving". The "listening" refers to whether the parts from the transmission shaft to the reducer make abnormal noise; "One look" means to check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is too low or the pipeline leaks seriously; "Movement" refers to pulling the oil pump servo rod back and forth, and whether the tank body does not rotate in both positive and negative directions.
注：應在罐體停止轉動后當即聯系當地服務人員（附通訊錄），告知罐內混凝土標號及預凝時間，服務人員會耐心指導您如何處理，同時請您將車輛開就近服務站。
Note: after the tank stops rotating, immediately contact the local service personnel (with address book) to inform the concrete label and pre setting time in the tank. 四、應急措施
4、 Emergency measures
如果不能在混凝土預凝之前將車輛修好，應立即采取應急措施：
If the vehicle cannot be repaired before the concrete is pre set, emergency measures shall be taken immediately:
1.馬達和減速機無故障情況下，連接“應急油管”將混凝土卸出，預防凝灌事故發生。
1. Connect the "emergency oil pipe" to unload the concrete when the motor and reducer have no fault, so as to prevent concreting accidents.
2.馬達或減速機發生故障且確定無法在混凝土預凝前使罐體轉動，請快速打開人孔蓋，如人孔蓋不在罐體下方則需要在罐體前錐底部開孔（Φ=1250px，避開原有焊道），與此同時持續向進料口灌入大量清水，沖刷罐內混凝土，直罐體下方無混凝土流出，罐內少量殘余混凝土需人工進行清理，清理完畢后進行清洗，將割下部分重新焊接到罐體上（安裝人孔蓋），并打磨噴漆處理。
2. If the motor or reducer fails and it is determined that the tank cannot rotate before the concrete is pre set, please quickly open the manhole cover. If the manhole cover is not below the tank, you need to open a hole at the bottom of the front cone of the tank（ Φ= 1250px, avoiding the original weld bead), and at the same time, continuously pour a large amount of clean water into the feed inlet to wash the concrete in the tank until no concrete flows out under the tank. A small amount of residual concrete in the tank needs to be cleaned manually. After cleaning, the cut part shall be welded to the tank again (install manhole cover), and polished and painted.
