朝天鍋攪拌機(jī)在起步行走前，應(yīng)對(duì)所有的操縱手柄、踏板、方向盤先試一次，確定已處于正常狀態(tài)才能開始進(jìn)入作業(yè)。朝天鍋攪拌機(jī)正常使用注意事項(xiàng)：控制輪胎充氣壓力輪胎氣壓過(guò)高或低均會(huì)導(dǎo)致輪胎早期磨損，嚴(yán)重影響輪胎的使用壽命。檢查水泵一風(fēng)扇傳動(dòng)皮帶，皮帶經(jīng)長(zhǎng)期使用后，皮帶會(huì)產(chǎn)生疲勞、變形，降低冷卻效果。皮帶更換時(shí)，要注意型號(hào)和長(zhǎng)度，并正確調(diào)整其松緊度。

4、更換朝天鍋攪拌機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油，更換機(jī)油、柴油油濾清器；
4. Replace the engine oil of chaotianguo mixer, and replace the engine oil and diesel oil filter;
5、更換朝天鍋攪拌機(jī)變速箱油和油濾清器；
5. Replace the gearbox oil and oil filter of chaotianguo mixer;
6、檢查朝天鍋攪拌機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣門間隙。
6. Check the valve clearance of chaotianguo mixer engine.
