1、脫層，橡膠之間發生了周向裂口或著是分層。

造成脫層的原因：
Causes of delamination:
（1）膠料中可能含有水分戶或者是其他雜物，尤其是纖維膠在儲運的過程中被雨水、雜物污染。
(1) The rubber may contain water or other sundries, especially the fiber rubber is polluted by rainwater and sundries during storage and transportation.
（2）胎胚保溫不良、硫化機的溫度波動造成了欠硫。

（3）胎胚成型太早而且停放時間太長，造成了胎胚膠料的自硫。
