攪拌車保養(yǎng)中容易出現(xiàn)哪些誤區(qū)？

俗話說得好，混凝土攪拌車七分保養(yǎng)三份修。雖然攪拌車體型龐大，但是其內(nèi)在的零部件是非常脆弱的，只有定期檢查和保養(yǎng)，才能延長愛車的使用壽命。有些司機(jī)在攪拌車的日常保養(yǎng)中會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些操作不當(dāng)?shù)那闆r。

一、亂涂黃油
1、 Daub butter
攪拌車打黃油主要是起一個(gè)潤滑的作用，一般攪拌車旋轉(zhuǎn)、嚙合等地方都需要黃油。有些維修工會(huì)在汽缸墊上也打上黃油，借此增強(qiáng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的密封性。這種做法是錯(cuò)誤的。氣缸螺栓擰緊后，一部分黃油不可避免地會(huì)流入氣缸，外面殘余的黃油在高溫下還會(huì)在缸墊、缸蓋與機(jī)體平面之間形成縫隙，反而降低密封性。

Some maintenance workers also put butter on the cylinder gasket to enhance the tightness of the engine. This is wrong. After the cylinder bolts are tightened, part of the grease will inevitably flow into the cylinder, and the residual grease will form a gap between the cylinder gasket, cylinder head and the plane of the engine block at high temperature, which will reduce the sealing performance.
二、長時(shí)間不換機(jī)油
2、 Do not change the oil for a long time
更換機(jī)油是許多司機(jī)容易忽視的一點(diǎn)。如果長期只是一昧地添加機(jī)油，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的許多零部件會(huì)缺少潤滑，長此以往磨損加劇。柴油機(jī)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的過程中也會(huì)吸附很多雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入機(jī)油，如果長期不更換機(jī)油，可能導(dǎo)致燒瓦、抱軸等問題。
自動(dòng)上料攪拌機(jī)

有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的維修工都知道，在安裝活塞銷之前，要先讓活塞受熱膨脹。一些人為了省事，直接用明火對活塞進(jìn)行加熱。這種方式會(huì)讓活塞受熱不均產(chǎn)生變形，正確做法是講活塞放入熱油中均勻受熱。

四、使用砂布打磨軸瓦

刮瓦技術(shù)難度較大，缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)的維修工難以掌握，為此，有人在更換軸瓦時(shí)，為了增大軸瓦與曲軸的接觸面積，就用砂布打磨代替刮瓦。這種方法會(huì)使砂布上較硬的顆粒嵌入軸瓦合金，柴油機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中加速軸頸的磨損，縮短曲軸的使用壽命。
