攪拌車不能轉(zhuǎn)動我們需要怎么處理？

在使用到一定時間之后，過多過少的會出現(xiàn)拌筒不能轉(zhuǎn)動，一般有3種情況：

1、運輸過程中有混泥土卡住了；
1. Concrete gets stuck during transportation;
2、液壓系統(tǒng)或發(fā)動機(jī)發(fā)生故障；

3、馬達(dá)發(fā)生故障。

應(yīng)對方法：
Countermeasures:
1、運輸過程中有混泥土卡住了；清理干凈就沒有問題了；
1. Concrete gets stuck during transportation; Clean up and there will be no problem;
2、液壓系統(tǒng)或發(fā)動機(jī)故障的處理：
2. Troubleshooting of hydraulic system or engine:
（1）打開攪拌筒檢修孔蓋，旋松馬達(dá)上高壓軟管的管接頭，旋轉(zhuǎn)拌筒使拌筒檢修孔斜向下，將砼從攪拌筒檢修孔排出；

(1) Open the mixing drum manhole cover, unscrew the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum so that the mixing drum manhole is inclined downward, and discharge the concrete from the mixing drum manhole;
（2）將故障車的高壓膠管從馬達(dá)上卸下，把救援用的高壓膠管接上，另一端接在救援車的油泵上，并將應(yīng)急用的回油管一端接在故障車的馬達(dá)泄油口，回油管另一端接在救援車的油泵回油口，利用救援車來控制故障車拌筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)，將砼排出。
(2) Remove the high-pressure rubber hose of the failed vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure rubber hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one end of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor drain port of the failed vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. Use the rescue vehicle to control the rotation of the mixing drum of the failed vehicle and discharge the concrete.
3、馬達(dá)發(fā)生故障，處理則較簡單，可把救援車的馬達(dá)卸下裝在故障車上，再將各個油管接好，啟動救援車即可將拌筒內(nèi)的砼排出。
