1、自動上料攪拌車離合器損壞的原因動力換擋變速器離合器接合時,液壓油的壓力克服彈簧力壓緊摩擦片。隨著液壓油壓力的升高,摩擦片與金屬盤接觸并逐漸壓緊,使離合器將飛輪動力平穩地傳遞到變速器輸人軸。每次換擋時,摩擦片都要與鋼片發生摩擦,產生的熱量由冷卻液散發出去。

由于漏油,液壓泵勢必要輸送更多的油液來保證接合離合器時所需的壓力,使離合器充分地接合,這也要求發動機繼續加速,使液壓泵產生更大的流量。如此惡性循環,必將導致離合器過熱或燒損,直至完全失效。
